  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Full Stack Developer/ Python Engineer or C# Engineer but has worked with both languages and can easily work with many languages and pick up quickly

Senior Python Engineer will have responsibility over all aspects of software development using Python programming language, surrounding platform and tools to deliver modern solutions to front office users. A successful candidate will have at least five years of industry experience in development and support of front office applications, knowledge of a financial domain, and experience with working with demanding users from multiple business units. The candidate will be a hands-on, independent self-starter able to collaborate with others to deliver quality products. The candidate will be working with analysts, portfolio managers and traders to enhance/add features to support in-house portfolio management platform.

Qualifications:

  • Great programming skills including Python and a strongly-typed object oriented programming language (e.g. C#, Java, C, C++)
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of database systems (Preferably in Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Working knowledge of integration with third-party REST API
  • Knowledge of React /or other UI experience
  • Bachelor's or master s degree in computer science or similar science or engineering major
  • Bloomberg experience.
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle events across asset classes and general accounting desirable
  • Five years of experience, buy-side and/or sell-side experience required.
