Who we are looking for:

We are currently seeking for a Calibration Technician to join the FCI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in calibrating and testing our flow measurement instruments. Our ideal candidate is someone with a technical background, has strong attention to detail and is committed to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

electrical and mechanical components. In the Calibration Labs, you will gain the necessary experience to carry these skillsets over to our other departments, such as the Mechanical Engineering, Test Engineering, and Field Service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform precise calibration and adjustment procedures for our assembled product line
  • Prepare test rigs to troubleshoot and resolve issues with any calibration discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of any tests,results, and equipment status
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure specifications are up to compliant standards
  • Assist in the ongoing development and improvement of calibration processes to reduce deficiencies and escapes

What You'll Need:

  • 1 or 2 more years' experience incalibration, manufacturingor a related technical field
  • Advanced classes in math, chemistry, electronics or physics typically obtained at a junior college level is preferred
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical instruments and measurement tools
  • Must be able to use tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers
