Role: Salesforce ServiceMax Lead
Work Location: Saint Paul, MN (Remote)
Duration: 6+Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT Field Service Application experience, with at least 2 years of experience supporting or implementing the ServiceMax Field service application.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceMax Field Service application functionality, processes, and methods of configuration
  • Prefer additional experience in the function and process of the Salesforce Service Cloud application
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues within the ServiceMax application, including understanding of how ServiceMax interacts with 3rd party external systems to extract and update data.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills in working with business team members and Field Service Technicians
  • Prefer candidates with these certifications: Relevant ServiceMax certifications.
