Role: Salesforce ServiceMax Technical Business Analyst Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

Minimum of 5 years of IT Field Service Application experience, with at least 2 years of experience supporting or implementing the ServiceMax Field service application.

Solid understanding of ServiceMax Field Service application functionality, processes, and methods of configuration

Prefer additional experience in the function and process of the Salesforce Service Cloud application

Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues within the ServiceMax application, including understanding of how ServiceMax interacts with 3rd party external systems to extract and update data.

Interpersonal and communication skills in working with business team members and Field Service Technicians

Prefer candidates with these certifications: Relevant ServiceMax certifications.
