Currently, we are searching for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that our IT service management processes are efficient and effective
• Oversee the daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, system configurations, and application support
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules to meet business needs, ensuring they align with best practices and ServiceNow standards
• Implement and enhance ITSM processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and knowledge management
• Manage and optimize Service Portfolio Management and Field Service Management processes to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Support and enhance Customer Service Management functionalities, integrating with other systems as needed to provide seamless customer experiences
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into service performance and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with a strong understanding of ITSM, SPM, FSM, and CSM
• Proficiency in building and managing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules and functionalities, including but not limited to Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Regular and predictable attendance
