  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager who will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes and ensuring team alignment with Agile principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile Process: Lead and manage Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Ensure that the team is working efficiently within the Agile framework.
  • Team Alignment with Agile Principles: Promote and support the adoption of Agile principles across the team. Encourage continuous improvement, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and the development team. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to ensure alignment.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the team s performance metrics and ensure that progress is tracked against key milestones. Provide detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the Agile process and implement best practices to increase efficiency and team performance.
  • Resource Management: Collaborate with team members to allocate resources effectively and ensure that the team has everything needed to achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 years Project Management Experience

  • Scrum
  • Agile Process Coaching

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
