The ideal candidate will process payroll for caregivers in the field. They will provide customer service regarding payroll questions and assist with auditing of payroll reports.

  • Provide excellent customer service for employees of PCM. Utilize Salesforce, MS Dynamics Great Plains, and Workday to complete research and reconciliation activities.
  • Perform individual employee audits upon request.
  • Research all inquiries from the field regarding payroll.
  • Process reconciliations for payroll adjustments when needed.
  • Complete verifications of employment.
  • Report to the state all new hires/employees.
  • Manage reimbursement payments.
  • Perform quality assurance activities for bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Manage all payroll data and support financial audits.
  • Assist in data entry during high volume times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Experience with Workday or Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and maintain high level of accuracy on all projects.

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $40,560 - $58,240 per year.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
