  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
  • May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills:(FrameMaker or Jira or technical writer or adobe or madcap or technical or Flare or InDesign or technical articles or ).
  • Experience with FrameMaker, Flare, and InDesign
  • Agile experience
  • Working in a team environment
  • Native English speaker with excellent grammar
  • Jira Experience
  • Working in a content management system of any kind.
  • Experience with using software applications like: Frame Make, Adobe, Madcap.
