A Day in the Life

If you are passionate about the intersection of digital marketing and optimization and enjoy working on a small team where you are empowered to deliver on your vision, you'll love this role. You will provide a distinctive level of subject matter expertise on how to architect and deliver digital marketing and data strategies that accelerate customer growth and increas e customer engagement.

The successful candidate will act as the digital subject consultant and subject matter expert to drive global digital strategies for Medtronic Surgical . You will work across teams to identify ing needs and customer journeys to accelerate conversions for both patient and commercial strategies . Qualified candidates will be fluent in today's digital marketing ecosystem and conversion strategies and have the ability to lead and implement digital strategies .

Position Responsibilities

  • A successful candidate will not only have a vision for how to develop a strategic and scalable dig ital strategy for B2B channels and must have a go-getter mindset and know-how to make it all happen.


  • Utilize deep understanding of digital advertising t o define, plan , and build journeys to drive lead conversions for hospital administrators, c-suite, and patient audiences .


  • Own channel reporting and present data in actionable way to clearly communicate results and challenges, and proactively come to the table with attribution and performance management .


  • Analyze metrics and suggest solutions to increase conversion and awareness based on KPIs .


  • Develop a strong understanding of our customers and their attitudes and behaviors across platforms, channels, and activities to provide segmentation and personalization to the integrated marketing communications plans.


  • Develop and build detailed content journeys and trigger points for campaigns that align to the overall customer journey map delivering the right content to our customers at each stage in their decision journey.


  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, legal guidelines, and inbox deliverability health.


  • Influences across functions and businesses while balancing divergent objectives to gain cooperation of other parties .


Minimum Qualifications

In order to be considered for this position, these minimum qualifications must be evident on your resume.

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a B achelor's degree, or 5 + years of digital marketing experience with a Masters' degree.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, marketing strategies , email marketing or marketing automation experience , preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud


  • Extensive d igital marketing and communications experience; ideally at both an agency and client setting.


  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing , business, technology, and/or related field of study


  • Experience with managing and editing photos and resources ( e.g. Adobe, etc )


  • Understanding of analytics ( e.g. Adobe, Google, etc )

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$152,000.00 - $228,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
