POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Analyst, Digital Sales Strategy you will drive business strategy and decision-making by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize our products and services and ensure we continue leading in Medical technology will directly contribute to our mission of improving healthcare through technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Analysis & Insights:- Conduct in-depth analyses of business performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Create Alteryx workflows.
  • Build Tableau-based visualization dashboards for analyzing metrics.

  • Business Strategy Development: Work closely with leadership to create and improve business strategies using insights derived from data analysis.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business objectives and improve performance.
  • Project Leadership: As a Senior Analyst, you will be at the forefront of leading or contributing to critical projects, demonstrating your leadership and strategic planning skills, and providing an excellent opportunity for career growth.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on Medical Technology industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Develop concise, persuasive reports and presentations for senior management, emphasizing crucial findings and suggestions.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree with relevant certifications are pluses.


Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis is required, preferably in the medical technology, healthcare, or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in data analysis reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx) is required.
  • Proficiency in SAP, BW, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses is required.
  • Experience with Python and statistics (Descriptive and Inferential) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in analytics - predictive, diagnostic, descriptive, and prescriptive is preferred.
  • Must have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret sophisticated data and provide actionable insights.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey sophisticated information to collaborators at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively across departments is required.
  • Familiarity with Medical Technology-specific regulations and standards is preferred.
  • Must have a proven record of efficiently implementing business strategies.
  • Experience in a driven, fast-paced environment is required.
  • Must have an ambitious and driven demeanor with a focus on detailed execution.
  • Experience working in a global or multinational company is preferred.
  • This is a remote based position and may require up to 10% business travel.


The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 to $147,200.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year.
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year.
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
