Tax Product Trainer - Remote (1935)

The primary role of the product trainer is to educate and train external and internal customers and partners on how to effectively use the APTM system. The product trainer will conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions with customers.

The product trainer will lead in-person or virtual training sessions to demonstrate how to use APTM, address questions, and provide hands-on experience.

Training sessions will be geared to both external and internal customers/teams.

The product trainer will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with other team members to ensure training is based on the individual needs of the audience.

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure that training materials, including job aids, videos, training manuals and other instructional materials are kept up to date.

Ensure that the training is effective and relevant by conducting surveys, creating participant quizzes and other performance metrics.

Will be required to stay updated on product changes, updates and new features.

Provide ongoing support and resources to participants after the training to help them apply what they have learned.

What you will bring

Requires an in-depth understanding of APTM; must possess the technical acumen required to understand and explain all aspects of the product.

Ability to develop clear, concise and engaging instructional materials.

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and relatable manner.

Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills are required.

Minimum three years payroll tax experience.

At least three years customer training experience.

Bachelor s degree in liberal arts, communications, business administration or other relevant courses of study. Experience can be substituted for education.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $90,000-95,000 annually depending upon level of experience.
