Work Experience

  • Associate s degree in business administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in document control or administration, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industries
  • Proficiency in document management systems and software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
  • Problem-solving ability to address document-related challenges
  • Time management skills to ensure timely document control
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and software relevant to document management
  • Ability to work in shop floor and office environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be able to commute to Windsor Locks CT multiple times per week.
