We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior UX Developer to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge user experiences across our digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Work design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration.
Define, develop, and socialize the vision for innovative new solutions, solving some of our toughest delivery challenges through design-driven approaches.
Lead cross-org conceptual development; work across multiple organizations to identify overlaps and efficiencies in design and product thinking.
Proactively plan ahead, look around corners, and effectively partner with design, product, and engineering counterparts to plan/prioritize work, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks.
Use data and customer insights to confidently defend design solutions with senior leaders.
Lead brainstorming and critique sessions that foster big thinking while raising the bar on the details.
Use systems-level design thinking to drive design solutions.
Advocate for your design solutions by leveraging diverse inputs that influenced the design decisions including customer and business goals, usage data, and research findings.
Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Qualifications
10+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
Experience designing customer facing retail products
