Due to growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level Business Development Manager to join our successful sales team

Responsibilities of an entry-level Business Development Manager:

  • Oversee the sales team to ensure the growth of the department
  • Source new leads and secure business through proactive approaches i.e., interpersonal meetings with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Assist the sales team by developing strategies focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction
  • Track all records of sales and revenue
  • Active contribution to our growth strategy and wider business plan
  • Train entry-level staff to excel in sales

Requirements of an entry-level Business Development Manager:

  • At least 1-2 years of Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development Management experience
  • Excellent presentation skills with groups of all sizes and levels of management
  • Must be able to work independently to achieve sales goals
  • Ability to travel to meet the demands of the assigned territory
  • A higher education degree is preferred; however, a candidate with equivalent training and experience will always be considered

This is a "hands-on" kind of role. An individual's success will be determined by and compensated based on commissions generated by accounts secured.
