  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery
  • Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals
  • Secure upfront payment from patients and assist in finding financial assistance options
  • Support ongoing activities to ensure clean claims on hold and manage denials
  • Assist the Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of two years of related experience required
  • Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and collaborate with cross-functional team members

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous healthcare or medical billing experience preferred
