Job Title: Clinical Marketing Director (Remote, 1099)
Seeking a clinician (MD/DO/IMG/MBBS/RN/NP/PA) to serve as Marketing Director.
Position Overview: You will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for reaching out to fellow clinicians, managing our social media accounts, creating engaging graphic designs, and generating marketing videos. This position offers flexible hours and is commission-based, providing the opportunity to earn based on successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Physician Outreach:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with physicians and bring in qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance our network.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X).
- Create and schedule engaging content that resonates with potential candidates and promotes our professional physician facing brand.
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, and recruitment campaigns.
- Create and produce marketing videos that highlight our services, success stories, and the benefits of joining our clinical network.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand candidate needs and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Clinical training (MD/DO/MBBS/RN/NP/PA). IMGs welcome.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or recruitment industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with high-demand individuals.
- Proficient in social media management tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Experience in video production and editing is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Compensation:
- This position is commission-based per hire, with flexible hours tailored to your schedule.
