Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative for our booth at the Hospitality Show in San Antonio, TX, from October 28-30, 2024. You will engage with attendees, share information about our technology solutions, and generate leads. Experience with technology shows and B2B technology sales is preferred. SaaS experience is a bonus, and you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and supporting sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booth Engagement: Actively interact with attendees, providing information about our solutions and answering questions to promote interest and engagement
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, capturing their information and interests for follow-up after the show
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by guiding prospects through basic information about our solutions and connecting them with the appropriate team members for detailed discussions
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and approachable presence, ensuring a positive experience and a strong representation of our brand
  • Event Preparation: Help set up and organize the booth to create an engaging environment, ensuring all marketing materials and information are readily available
  • Post-Event Reporting: Document and report on attendee interactions, lead details, and opportunities identified during the show


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales support or similar roles, preferably in technology or SaaS environments
  • Previous experience at technology shows or B2B sales events is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse attendees
  • Comfortable sharing product information and able to quickly learn key details about our solutions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced event environments
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive booth atmosphere
  • Availability to be on-site in San Antonio, TX, for the entire duration of the event (October 28-30, 2024)
