POSITION SCOPE

Viden Marketing is looking for an individual who has a strong desire to develop their design skills by creating visuals for various marketing campaigns and projects. This role will require learning about email marketing design, social media design, digital and print ad design, and other marketing needs. In addition, the selected candidate will work closely in a team setting with designers, content writers, and account executives to deliver finalized work on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES & OPPORTUNITIES

The Viden Designer will work closely with the creative team on designing emails, social media posts, digital and print ads, and other miscellaneous design tasks with the potential to work on branding projects, video editing, and more.

Responsibilities and opportunities are as follows:

  • Design & Creative:
  • Research and design marketing emails for various clients under the guidance of Viden’s lead designers
  • Create social media posts for client accounts
  • Work hands-on with internal leadership to design paid digital ads for client campaigns
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Be an active observer in internal team meetings and external client meetings
  • Work closely with internal leadership and the creative team to execute special tasks, projects, ideation and research
  • Technical Skills & Tools:
  • Learn and use Figma to follow along with the different processes of the creative team
  • Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visual designs
  • Leadership & Growth Opportunities:
  • Provide thought leadership to execute special tasks, projects, ideation, and research
  • Potential opportunities to learn and grow in areas such as branding, animation, video editing, and other creative projects

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Educational Background & Technical Skills:
  • Completed bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related visual field
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator required (Figma is a bonus)
  • Creative, Communication & Organizational Abilities:
  • Strong sense of design aesthetics, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Open to receiving feedback and willing to make changes in designs
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
