Need Candidates with a Minimum of 10 Years of Experience. This is the W2 Position and Onsite/Hybrid Model. Need Local Candidates from NYC, NY & Albany, NY.

Job Description:

• Must have worked as a Lead for a minimum of 2+ Years.
• We seek a contract senior UI/visual designer for a State Project.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent design skills, expert command of Figma, innovative prototyping abilities, user-centered, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of UX.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Help establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

• Experience UI/UX design Required 10 Years, Figma Experience Required 8 Years
• Must have experience in UI/UX Designing
• Proven UI/Visual Design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or other visual design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-centered interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
