  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Financial Controller

South Charlotte corporate office is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations and provide leadership to their accounting team. You will play a critical role within a small corporation in driving the financial health and strategic growth. Salary up to $120k with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with department heads.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement - meet with board each period to discuss
  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making by providing insights and financial analysis.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external financial partners.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
