  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. This candidate should be capable of maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise. Candidate will also assist in monthly reporting to management as well as year-end documentation regarding accounts payable related information.

Responsibilities

  • Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
  • Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner
  • Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices
  • Work with Management to identify inefficiencies in both processes and expenses

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Sage Peachtree a plus

Job Type: Full-time. Hybrid.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
