Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our team for a six-month contract, working on a hybrid model. The role requires an individual who can travel to the Bay Area once a month, with the remainder of the work done remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Work Management, GIS, and Asset Management. Experience with CopperLeaf Technologies tools will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee technical implementations in support of SAP Work Management systems.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring best practices in system architecture, design, and deployment.
  • Integrate GIS solutions into existing asset management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and business operations to drive technology solutions.
  • Provide recommendations and technical solutions for optimizing asset management processes.
  • Communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • SAP Work Management Experience: Proven experience with SAP Work Management modules, including system integration and configuration.
  • GIS Experience: Expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and their integration into asset management.(Plus)
  • Asset Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing physical assets within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
