About the Role:
Alldus are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in cross-functional expertise that bridges both technical and solutions architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This hybrid role requires on-site collaboration in Toronto combined with remote work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other cross-functional units to identify business needs and provide scalable solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and new feature adoption.
  • Oversee ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITAM, HAM, SAM and ITOM, or other modules, ensuring optimal integration and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps, ensuring scalability and security across ServiceNow applications.
  • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for ServiceNow upgrades, customizations, and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and collaborate with external consultants when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.
  • Proven cross-functional expertise with a blend of technical architecture and solution architecture experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SAM, and HAM).
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, business rules, and scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid role based in Toronto (must be able to commute to the office as required).
