  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow APM)

Locations: US Remote

Type: Contract

Required Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) APM or other related CIS certifications (Preferred)

Job Description:

  • Facilitate workshops with Client stakeholders (Developers, Architects, Product/Process Owners) to gather detailed requirements for application rationalization, ensuring that all business, technology, and cost aspects are captured in the APM (Application Portfolio Management) solution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on APM architecture and solution design, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional specifications for the ServiceNow APM implementation. (Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM Module is required.)
  • Conduct data analysis and portfolio assessments, providing insights into application costs, risks, and business alignment to guide decision-making during the rationalization process.
  • Experience in creating dashboards/reports in ServiceNow and writing user stories for development is essential.
