Travel Superintendent

Scott Humphrey has partnered with a large and reputable firm to assist with finding their next Travel Superintendent available to travel regionally or nationwide. This is a great opportunity for a strong individual to contribute to a key role within their growing team. (This is a nationwide position for multiple locations over the country)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track project progress, address concerns, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of construction experience
    • 2+ years as seasoned traveler
    • Project experience with interior renovations, ground-up, established malls and new mall environments, renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments, urban and suburban work locations
