This individual will play a crucial role in transforming the internal marketing tools infrastructure and performance marketing of the clients consumer website, to help grow revenue and subscription rates.

Job Responsibilities
- Own strategy, development, management, execution, and optimization of owned and paid digital channels (including email, SEM, SEO, paid social, display, affiliates/3rd party and remarketing, among others) with the goal of growing subscription and membership with our digital audience.
- Develop and deliver multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies across all digital channels and platforms that drive website traffic, user growth, qualified lead generation, conversions, and revenue, collaborating closely with digital, product, marketing, press, and digital content teams.
- Define and develop overall integrated marketing strategy and execute deliverables on time and on budget, leveraging existing tools to provide timely, accurate results
- Setting up/optimizing marketing system infrastructure for newsletter and marketing execution platform management.
- 10-12 years of experience managing multi-channel, lead-generating digital marketing campaigns, teams, vendors and strategies.
- Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills to drive data-driven decisions for the business.
- Cross-team collaborator with a knack for efficiency and integration through both technical and operational enhancements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in a professional manner with a wide variety of teams.
- Experience managing and optimizing internal Marketing tools & Infrastructure, including but not limited to Campaign Management tools, SEO tools & Newsletter Management tools
