The Human Resources Manager/Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances fairly and consistently.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Design and implement policies and procedures that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
