  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Oversight: Understand and manage the roles and responsibilities of each member of the Fiber Team. Ensure all tasks are executed efficiently.

- Purchase Orders and Shipping: Review and manage open purchase orders. Follow up with shippers for schedules and compare against shipping line allocations to optimize space utilization. Push for pending bookings as needed.

- Warehouse Space Management: Monitor and project warehouse space requirements, communicating with warehouses to address space issues. Alert sales and management if there are delays in customer pick-ups.

- Inventory Management: Track and analyze inventory levels of key items. Adjust shipment schedules to balance inventory, speeding up or slowing down shipments as necessary.

- Shipping Data Analysis: Review shipping data, including average free time, detention, and demurrage. Analyze trucker and drayage reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate partner performance.

- Process Improvement: Assess and improve Fiber Team processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Paperwork Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to reduce paperwork and paper records, enhancing overall process efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Experience in the fiber industry is a plus.

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

- Proficiency in inventory management and warehouse operations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office).
