  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure functionality meets standards.
  • Document, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
  • Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to evaluate software performance under varying conditions.
  • Execute regression tests to confirm that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment on quality expectations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and best practices for future reference.
  • Assist in UAT by coordinating with end-users to ensure the software meets their needs and expectations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software quality assurance or testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
  • Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey issues and collaborate with team members.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
