QAD has an exciting opportunity for our Senior Contracts Manager role. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle at QAD, a leading enterprise software and services provider. This involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with customers, vendors, and partners.
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of contract law, 8-10 years of experience in contract management or similar field, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by collaborating effectively and providing timely solutions.
This position is a full-time, W2, remote role located in the US and does not offer Visa Sponsorship.

What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including SaaS agreements, services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency of contract management through the contract lifecycle – from initiation to execution and renewal.
- Administer IT systems to maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents.
- Provide guidance and support – and become a trusted advisor – to a range of internal stakeholders including management.
- Serve as program manager for defined Legal programs. Collaborate on other Legal and Infosec projects, including acquisitions.
- Help build the Legal department to support the company’s growth.
- 8 - 10 years’ experience in contract management or similar field.
- The ability to demonstrate strong business acumen.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS and services contracts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- MS Office, Google Suite, other commonly used business applications.
- BS or BA degree in related field or functional equivalent.

- Compensation packages based on experience and desired skill set
- Base pay range: $115K - $125K USD Annual (12 Months)
- Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
- This position is also eligible for an annual company performance bonus
