RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Account Executive in Vienna, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
* Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions

Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
* Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
* Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives

Account Management:
* Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Monitor client activity, renewals, and contract negotiations to ensure continued revenue growth
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure smooth delivery and execution of client solutions

Market Research & Lead Generation:
* Conduct market research to identify new prospects, industry trends, and competitor activities
* Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals
* Maintain an updated pipeline of potential clients and opportunities using CRM software

Reporting & Analytics:
* Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue projections to management
* Track and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting sales strategies to improve outcomes

Collaboration & Teamwork:
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights on customer needs
* Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product developments and industry trends

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
