Description:
Will perform tasks related to support operations. Needs Strong Level expertise with MAC/Windows. Works within a team which includes a Team Lead and direct manager. Escalate, as needed, to level 2 and level 3 resources. o Report Issues for tracking to Team Lead/PM o Track to resolution all issues o Provide high level customer service to VIP level staff Coordinate small projects within support group o Maintain documentation for team processes. Update Job aides. Responsible for resolving issues at the departmental and end-user level. Will maintain a consistent ticket review, escalation, and follow-up to resolution. Demonstrate world class customer service skills to all users.
