We are hiring a Closing Associate IV to work remotely for our Grand Junction Region.

We are hiring a Closing Associate IV to work remotely for our Grand Junction Region.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Review new files and communicate to escrow and LO/processor expected turn time for funding review
- Get funding conditions list out
- Coordinate/communicate with the underwriter on any outstanding conditions
- Work with underwriter to clear u/w conditions
- Schedule Closings with Branch and Title Company for non-escrow closings
- Prepare Closing Documents for delivery to Title Company
- Prepare collateral package and request wire once loan is clear to close
- Follow up with Title for outstanding original closing documents
- Review conditions that are sent in from LO/Processor and Escrow and communicate with each party whether or not the condition is satisfied.
- Respond to LO/Processor and Escrow questions regarding funding
- Clear conditions, be sure all u/w conditions clear and fund loans
- Verify all documents in file manager have been assigned to accurate placeholder for post close to ship
- Check document access has been granted to SH
- Process minimum of 4 to 6 new files per day
- Condition review of minimum 4 to 6 files per day
- High School degree or GED required.
- 3 plus years of mortgage banking experience
- Out of state wet funding experience required
- Closing Doc Drawer experience required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast paced environment
- Detail and results oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Analytical skills and demonstrated decision making ability
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with others in a team setting
- Able to work 8 am – 5 pm or 8:30 am – 5 pm MST.
