Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Quality Engineering/Assurance Solutions:
  • Design and develop comprehensive test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
  • Collaborate and mentor software QA leads providing guidance, technical expertise, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Define and communicate the test strategy for projects
  • Ensure offerings are entirely functional and contribute to testing standards
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA and testing and strive for continuous improvement of existing processes
  • Implement feedback and changes as applicable.

RFx/Solution/Sales Support:

  • Work closely with sales teams to demonstrate thought leadership in testing solutions
  • Engage with customers to understand their challenges, propose bespoke strategies & solutions, to drive future demand.
  • Contribute to all aspects of quality assurance including effort estimation, resource forecasting and risk management as part of deal response cycle
  • Engage with Central Practice and Product Management teams to provide feedback on propositions

Delivery Governance:

  • Ensure risks associated with test strategy and test plans are documented and communicated with stakeholders.
  • Align testing processes with delivery governance frameworks and support compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work across Business Units to manage expectations and drive resolution for change requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • 12 - 15 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance & Testing, DevOps, Software engineering
  • Should have played roles of Test Architect, Enterprise Testing Solutions
  • Hands on expertise with tools like TOSCA and knowledge of ERP (viz SAP/Oracle EBS) is an added advantage
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Knowledge of Test methodologies such as TMap
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • ISTQB Certification or equivalent is preferred.

Pay Range in Frisco, Texas - USA

Base Salary: $115,000-$128,000 + Bonus Structure

In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
