  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job at a Glance

Responsible for managing one or more functional areas of Portfolio Operations within a product-led organization. Areas of responsibility include capital allocation, capital budget governance, operating budget governance, capacity management, vendor performance governance, and contracts management.

Contract Details
  • Location: Must be able to report to the BTC as needed
  • Supervisor: General supervision by a Portfolio Ops Manager and in conjunction with the Principal Portfolio Ops Manager
  • Key Skills: Accounting, SDLC Life Cycles, Technology Business Management
Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of overall experience
  • Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of communicating at all levels
  • Ability to participate in audits and related activities
  • Ability to drive data-driven decisions and support stakeholders in doing the same
Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct activities related to one or more Portfolio Operations functions under general supervision
  • Oversee budgeting (operational and capital), capacity/resource management, and estimation processes
  • Identify scope of work, organize, and develop delivery plans
  • Participate in audits and ensure portfolio management alignment with processes
  • Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage conversations with leaders
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and large-scale organizational change
  • Set deadlines, monitor progress, and summarize task outcomes
  • Provide leadership and conflict resolution for team members and stakeholders
  • Coordinate contract management activities with organizational leaders
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
