Implements Agile methodologies using Jira to drive efficient project execution and collaboration within the industry

Conducts thorough research, documentation, and delivers actionable recommendations to drive business and developmental process improvements.

Designed visually appealing reports and presentations, effectively communicating complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Applies Agile methodology to support and maintain projects, actively engaging in standup meetings, project planning, and comprehensive user story review.

Serves as a proficient communicator, effectively liaising between the business, project stakeholders, and internal/external development teams, ensuring clear requirements and successful outcomes.

Actively design and optimize SQL queries to extract valuable insights, enabling evidence-based decision-making.
