Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in analog, digital, and power electronics, with hands-on experience in product development and lifecycle management. This role requires a keen understanding of requirement analysis and a preference for experience in the medical domain. The candidate should be adept at communicating with suppliers and vendors and optimizing designs to meet specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review existing designs to identify critical to quality (CTQ) requirements.
  • Review and update subassembly/component specifications to align with CTQs.
  • Ensure subassembly/component specifications include sampling plans based on risk levels.
  • Provide sustenance support for existing products, including design changes and component obsolescence.
  • Redesign and qualify components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to facilitate timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, especially in the medical domain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in analog, digital, and power electronics.
  • Extensive experience in the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong requirement analysis skills.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the medical domain.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize designs to meet specific requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with medical device regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and simulation programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
