Project Role
Supporting the management and delivery of Transformation programs including:

  • Transformation initiatives include but are not limited to: Divestitures, Mergers, Acquisitions, Strategic assessments, Transactional Service Agreements, ERP implementations, Tactical consolidations and changes impacting Finance, and Compliance
  • Deliver M&A cross-functional solutioning and deep dive working sessions
  • Provide ongoing Enterprise level executive engagement, collaboration, and reporting
  • Manage, track and present on transformation project progress against critical metrics

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take a role in the scoping, planning, controlling and execution of various cross-functional and varied levels of work to deliver quality transformation services to the business
  • Mobilize cross-functional finance teams and external vendors in scoping, planning, presenting, staffing and execution of assigned transformation projects
  • Effectively collaborates with stakeholders and colleagues of diverse backgrounds, including different departments, cultures, business units and countries
  • Partner with the PMO, Finance Leaders, and key stakeholders to review project, set expectations, identify interdependencies, and deploy the appropriate resources mix between project managers, internal and external SMEs
  • Manage, track, align and present to executive leaders the project progress against critical metrics and report on financials, variances in time and scope, risks, and trends
  • Identify potential risks early, develop a risk analysis and propose a mitigation plan and escalate
  • Creative problem solving, structure proposed options/solutions and contribute to implementing approved solution with discernment
  • Drive the execution of solutions by balancing different needs and perspectives within defined budget plan
  • Act as a Business Partner to multiple business functions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5+ years work experience in a finance-related or project management leadership role, business strategy / consulting experience, and/or experience leading project teams on a regional basis
  • Bachelor s degree in a business, finance, engineering or related field; MBA, CPA and/or project management credential (ie PMP, Scrum Master) preferred
  • Demonstrates leadership skills with the ability to manage internal / external resources to achieve project objectives
  • Experience successfully navigating a large organization and managing multiple stakeholder interests on global, complex projects, maintain key sustainable relationships and to align key stakeholders around a common vision
  • Proven project management, organizational skills and ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral English)
  • Ability to map processes and identify business issues/opportunities and to frame business questions
