We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong "hunter" mentality to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities. Brings a Rolodex of existing clients and industry contacts to drive business opportunities through long-standing relationships. Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in selling enterprise technology solutions such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), Artificial Intelligence, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.), and Cybersecurity. The candidate should have a strong focus on driving new business and revenue growth.
  • Proven success in a hunter sales role, with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in highly competitive markets, including achieving revenue goals in the range of $1M to $3M annually. Strong prospecting skills and the ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline are essential.
  • In-depth understanding of IT products and services, including the role of ERP systems in optimizing business processes, the importance of managed services for scalability and operational performance, and the value of cloud and cybersecurity solutions in today s digital landscape. The candidate should be able to effectively establish business value, addressing client pain points and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Sales strategy expertise in developing go-to-market strategies for technical solutions. The candidate must have experience leading client engagements from initial discovery through to closing deals and managing post-sale relationships. Experience creating compelling value propositions that resonate with specific industries and drive successful outcomes is essential.
  • Strong industry knowledge of trends like digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence, cloud migration, cybersecurity advancements, and managed services adoption. The ability to identify and leverage these trends to shape client-specific sales strategies is key.
  • Consultative selling experience, with the ability to align technology solutions with customer business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a clear ROI. The ideal candidate understands how to engage in meaningful conversations around business challenges and propose the right mix of IT solutions to address those needs.
  • Ability to connect and collaborate with a Rolodex of existing clients and industry contacts, driving business opportunities through long-standing relationships. The candidate should have experience building trust and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring sustained engagement and repeat business.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams, ensuring that client needs are translated into feasible, scalable solutions. The candidate should also work closely with marketing to drive lead generation, promote offerings, and increase brand visibility in target markets.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice for client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships through face-to-face interactions.
  • Ability to create content, conduct webinars, Social Media posts with a focus to establish thought leadership for Nsight s various service offerings, engaging clients and prospects in relevant and insightful discussions.
  • Business planning skills, with the ability to create and execute a business plan focused on achieving specific sales and growth targets.
