Our financial client is seeking a Technical Support professional to join their team.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Provide exceptional support to front office traders, back-office, and C suite
  • Desktop imaging and deployment of virtual machines using Ansible/Terraform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows/Linux systems
  • Set up and support mobile phones and devices
  • Manage Active Directory and oversee an Exchange hybrid environment
  • Facilitate migrations to Office 365, Citrix Cloud, and Intune for mobile device management
  • Video conferencing set up and support - Polycom, Cisco

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical expertise in hardware and software and peripheral devices
  • Experience with Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, Office 365, MDM
  • Experience with conference room equipment and applications
  • Experience with trading applications, such as Bloomberg a plus
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
