Description:
The Executive IT Support Partner will be responsible for delivering high-quality, top-tier technical support services to our Executive Leadership Teams. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have an Executive presence with excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work under pressure. This position focuses on technology support of computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, applications, and Teams room systems. This role may also participate in IT-related projects and other systems deployments as needed. This assignment will be in-person during normal business hours with occasional after-hours support required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with Conference Room and Microsoft Teams technology is important as they will be supporting Executives that often host meetings with this technology. Experience supporting iPhones and iPads. Occasional travel could be required to support executive team. 10+ years of IT Support with 3-5 years supporting executive or senior management teams.
