Verification Specialist

We are looking for a Verification Specialist is a highly organized and works well individually and with a team. Must be dependable, courteous and have strong customer service skills. The ability to pay close attention to details and multi-task is essential in this role. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little to no supervision. Hours: 9-6 pm or 10-7 pm What you'll do: Perform all essential functions of enrolling clients into the DebtBlue Program and sending documentation to our clients for signatures. Answer all questions a client may have and resolve any issue with signing documents as needed. Follow the Compliance Guideline Policy to ensure that the accounts meet the requirements to enroll. Review and score Certified Debt Specialist calls for quality assurance and provide feedback.
