  • Develop general understanding of all project Scope of Work, locations and customers contact information.
  • Assist PM in gathering submittal information. Develop submittal log and notify PM of action items on submittal if needed. Submit as needed.
  • Prepare and track, and file Project Subcontracts
  • Support project team to expedite and order material deliveries as needed.
  • Understand project billing process and schedule of values for assigned projects.
  • Gather monthly documents required for submittal with Monthly invoicing.
  • Support PM with Monthly Close Out Documentation
  • Verify material tickets every week with correct item number and signatures.
  • Maintain Subcontractor communications and relations
  • Ensure subcontractors complete necessary invoicing documentation
  • Attend/Host Progress meeting with Managers and Subcontractors
  • Coordinate with Compliance Department for necessary documentation
  • Obtain Permits
  • Call in for locates
  • Invoice Approval (ComputerEase Approvals)
  • Review coding for accuracy
  • Additional duties as assigned
