ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information. 41 CFR 60-1.35(c)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and assist in the onboarding of new accounts.
- Collect and disseminate relevant sales intelligence from all sales activities. This includes entry of relevant information into United Performance Metals CRM system and communication to relevant parties / individuals in the company.
- Inside sales and order entry.
- Support the management and execution of customer contractual requirements
- Perform account analysis to identify new sales opportunities within current and future accounts
- Works with management and regional managers to create and execute account plans.
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-3 years of Inside Sales/managing contracts/customer service experience.
- Familiar with manufacturing, sales, supply chain or production planning environments.
- Expert navigation of Enterprise Resource Planning system or other sales data entry platforms
