Job Description

Seed Researcher are involved in all facets of seed production within a location. Indoor seed processing and packaging activities may include receiving, scanning, cleaning, treating, sorting, counting, labeling, or warehousing seed. Responsibilities may also include preventive maintenance of equipment in assigned areas. R&D positions may involve electronic data collection in field and laboratory settings using PC and handheld data collection devices. Manufacturing (Production) positions may include organizing, moving, and placing seed into storage and maintaining inventory accuracy using electronic inventory systems. Activities may require bending and lifting, long periods of sitting or standing, and extended hours during peak seasons. An associate or bachelor's degree or related experience may be required. Must understand verbal and written task and safety instructions delivered in English and perform assigned tasks accurately. Must adhere to all client SOPs and support all site safety requirements.
