We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Specialist to join our residential construction company. The Warranty Specialist will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient resolution of post-construction issues in residential homes. This role involves direct communication with homeowners, coordinating repairs with subcontractors, and maintaining detailed records of warranty services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process homeowner warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution per company policies and warranty terms.
  • Coordinate and schedule warranty-related repairs with subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring high-quality work and minimal disruption to homeowners.
  • On-site inspections to assess the validity of claims and verify the completion of repairs, addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all warranty activities, including claim details, communication logs, and service outcomes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing homeowner inquiries and concerns, keeping them informed throughout the warranty process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Residential Construction experience required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction or a related field, with a strong background in customer service and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction process, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve warranty issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
