  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

Location: Myrtle Beach

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our practice in Myrtle Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining IT systems in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all IT systems within the healthcare practice

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise

- Ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure

- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans

- Provide technical support to staff as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems administration

- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems

- Experience with virtualization technologies

- Knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
