About The Role

We are excited to welcome a Recruiter to join our growing team onsite at our Miami office. Reporting directly to the Director of People, you’ll work closely with hiring managers across Software Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Advisory as we scale the organization. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our talent acquisition strategy, managing the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing top talent to coordinating interviews. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth, while gaining broad exposure to all facets of HR and recruitment operations.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Director of People and hiring managers across various teams to understand their staffing needs and team dynamics.
  • Develop sourcing plans that target top talent, utilizing a combination of organic applicants, sourced candidates, and referrals.
  • Drive the recruiting process from end to end, managing a high volume of candidates through interview stages with a strong focus on detail and urgency.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring leaders and anticipating their preferences quickly.
  • Utilize sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to build strong talent pipelines and ensure exceptional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Foster relationships with passive and active candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate with the Director of People on developing and implementing recruitment strategies for multiple locations.
  • Provide weekly updates on the status of open positions and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work onsite in Miami, FL (Wynwood neighborhood).
  • 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS or fast-paced environment.
  • Deep passion for recruiting and connecting with people.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and continuous communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions across departments simultaneously while delivering talent under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt to business needs and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to other office locations.
