Job Description:

The Operations team is responsible for the strategic oversight and optimization of our operational processes, with a strong emphasis on the integration and functionality of the Salesforce platform and its interfacing systems. This entry-level position will be responsible for supporting various marketing and operational projects, including list building for marketing campaigns, managing Salesforce cases, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This position will work closely with the Salesforce, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance efficiency and positively impact organizational performance. This is a full-time position suited for recent graduates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research in accordance with the strategic plan to build and maintain marketing lists for targeted campaigns using various tools including ZoomInfo.
  • Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy across various platforms.
  • Eliminating duplication in data and process wherever possible and track the return on investment of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and track Salesforce cases as assigned, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Evaluate existing technology, identify opportunities for innovation, and propose solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Employ data analytics tools and dashboards to improve data quality, integrity, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Document systems, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Automate standard operational procedures wherever possible to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in discussions with cross-functional teams to address Salesforce and operational concerns.
  • Communicate and collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to provide necessary training and resources for new systems.
  • Advocate for the benefits of our products and services, promoting them positively within the organization.
  • Track results and report on operational metrics and campaign performance.
  • Demonstrate a passion for IT systems that drive business success and operational improvements.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in business administration, operations, IT, cybersecurity, and/or analytics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable using CRM systems, including Salesforce.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or Zoominfo is a plus, but not required.
  • Responsible, personable, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Honest, integral, and committed to teamwork.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Thrives in a high-energy team environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Passion for technology, operational excellence, and innovation.
