  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are seeking an Operating Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with big buildings, including notable structures such as the (Commercial or Industrial Buildings, Office Towers, Sport Complexes, or Office Plazas) While HVAC or Journeyman certifications are preferred, we also welcome candidates with relevant technical school or associates degrees. Familiarity with FPT boxes is a plus, but not required. This role involves working on large commercial systems, and we are open to considering candidates with residential experience as well. The position requires availability for 3rd shift work which is 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM (some flexibility on hours). This is a 6-month Contract to Hire Opportunity!

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-HVAC Certification / License

-Actively working towards Journeyman Card/ Licensed Journeyman

-Commercial/ Industrial Building Maintenance exp.

-Reliable and Coachable

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-Experience working on FPT boxes

-Big Building Experience (Office Towers, Office Plazas, Sport Complexes, etc.)
